Float therapy offers several potential benefits for individuals with arthritis, particularly in managing pain, inflammation, and improving mobility. "In a post float chat,we had one elderly lady (86 years young) who asked me to look at her hands, which she moved slowly but freely. Opening her fingers fully, and then turning them over as if this is the first time she had seen her hands. She said " this is the first time in 10 years I have been able to move them like this".
