WE HAVE CHANGED OVER TO A NEW BOOKING SYSTEM
Our new booking system carried 90% of all Float credits from the old system along with some of your customer data.
Unfortunately due to EU Data Protection rules, the software company were unable to link Gift Cards* for specific categories of people in the new system.
So we had to come up with some 'work-arounds' to help the majority of customers.

If you find yourself in the 10% category, after following the 'activate account' guidance, you will have to create a new account

*Gift Cards or Vouchers included, Mothers Day, Black Friday, Xmas Cards, Charity Gifts, Coupons and others. These were purchased by someone and gifted to you and they are unused.
