Epsom Salts helps you sleep – True or False?
Is it an old fish-wives tale that Epsom Salts help you sleep better?
Surprisingly it is TRUE – there have been many scientific papers and much research undertaken on the benefits of Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate (MgSO4·7H2O), commonly called Epsom Salt.

One example of how Floating helps - we had a 26 year old girl Float with us for the first time.
